Hi everyone,

I'm planning on purchasing my first multi-family home in Belleville, NJ this year! Before I make the biggest investment of my life, I need to be sure that it's a smart one... 

I'm starting with an analysis on the rentals and sales in the market over the past year. I've done my own research using Trulia, Zillow, and Realtor.com, but I would like to have some hard numbers to back up the information that I found on those sites.

Please see below, I think this is a good starting point.. If anyone could help me run a report, or share any of your experiences with me you had when starting out in real estate I would really appreciate any advice.

Rental info:

• Number of rentals on market
• Median Rent
• Average DOM
• Median Rent by Bedroom Count
• Median price per sqft by Bedroom count

Sales Info:

• Number of sales
• Home Values / Appreciation over the past few years
• Median Lisat price per sqft
• Median Sale Price
• Average DOM
