Hello BP Friends! I hope all is well! My name is Jamier Hughes. I’m a local Real estate investor/Wholesaler in the Philadelphia market. So I’ve been wholesaling for about 6-7 months now, and was able to close some deals to generate a nice amount of capital. So now I’m at a point where’s though I’ll like to invest my money into different marketing systems, to scale my business. Which I was leaning towards doing PPC campaign. Any recommendations/advice? I’ll truly appreciate it! THANK YOU!

Hello BP Friends! I hope all is well! I am thinking about purchasing an absentee owners list. I’m just not sure what site I should use. I’ve had tried listsource.com before, but didn’t get a good amount of calls back. Just was wondering if there were any other accurate sites that y’all would recommend. I will truly appreciate the help.

Thank you for the information. I truly appreciate it. Also, what would that other option be, if I never owned a home?

Hello BP Friends!

My name is Jamier Hughes. I'm from the Philadelphia area, and i was looking to get started with my first real estate project. So I've recently been looking at a few duplexes and triplexes, and was thinking about using a FHA loan. I just wanted to know if anyone can give me some advice, and also the PROS and CONS about the FHA loans.

Hello BP Friends! My name is Jamier Hughes. I’m from the Philadelphia area. I’ve recently started in the Wholesaling business. Which I attended a few real estate events this past couple weeks, and came across a few real estate investors that’s looking to buy. Now I’m in the process of targeting home owners that looking to sell. Just wanted to know the best way I should go about it, as far as direct mailing, etc.
