Hello BP Friends! I hope all is well! My name is Jamier Hughes. I’m a local Real estate investor/Wholesaler in the Philadelphia market. So I’ve been wholesaling for about 6-7 months now, and was able to close some deals to generate a nice amount of capital. So now I’m at a point where’s though I’ll like to invest my money into different marketing systems, to scale my business. Which I was leaning towards doing PPC campaign. Any recommendations/advice? Hello BP Friends! I hope all is well! I am thinking about purchasing an absentee owners list. I’m just not sure what site I should use. I’ve had tried listsource.com before, but didn’t get a good amount of calls back. Just was wondering if there were any other accurate sites that y’all would recommend. I will truly appreciate the help.

So I've recently been looking at a few duplexes and triplexes, and was thinking about using a FHA loan. I just wanted to know if anyone can give me some advice, and also the PROS and CONS about the FHA loans.

Which I attended a few real estate events this past couple weeks, and came across a few real estate investors that’s looking to buy. Now I’m in the process of targeting home owners that looking to sell. Just wanted to know the best way I should go about it, as far as direct mailing, etc.
