Hey @Renee Witherspoon. I have called Steve Bunce, but that office does "traditional" closings. They don't typically do assignments and other transactions similar. This is however the second referral I've reveived on them. I will use them in the future once I become a more "seasoned" investor. Lol. Thanks!

I'm looking for recommendations on investor friendly attorneys in the Fayetteville, NC area. Can anyone help me on this? 

Attorneys that will welcome Double Closings/Assignments/Wraps and such....  

I've called a few and they all seem so uptight...I get that looooonnnggg pause on the phone as if I had just told them I was selling Girl Scout onions. 😶 

I will be attending my local REIA meeting later this week...sure I'll get some referrals then. Until then, all info is greatly appreciated.
