I am 18. Fresh at real estate investing. I have no experience, but i want to do this long term. My dream is to own many properties and be able to travel the world with financial freedom. I have 686 credit but not a long credit history (i just started). I do not make enough money for a downpayment for a house. What are ways i can approach buying a house when i can't afford it? (To get me started) Need creative financing 101 lessons.

I am 18 years york living in Brooklyn, NYC. I am in the proggress of getting my RE license to become an agent but my true goal is to become an Investor. I am currently working a part time Job at a hospital, i am renting a room, therefore i cannot afford any property i do not make enough money. ( especially here in nyc) But i would still love to go to REI meetings in hopes to find a mentor and learn from many people to figure out how i could afford property here.
