HI Joseph,
Looks like you already pre-qualify with good credit, experience, and a down payment for our hard money commercial program. The hotel for purchased would need to be a franchised property but If need be I could assist you in your purchase.

Where is the best resource to get information on the property......If your not a realtor and just getting into real estate. Don't want to ask my realtor bc he's not getting paid, even though he'd probably help. But I cant wait on him to look every time. What are some resources you used?
