I live in California and own a few out of state rental properties mostly in Arizona. I'm trying to help my adult children get started investing in real estate. We are doing our homework trying to decide what market would be best for buy and hold. We are considering Kansas City or Dallas, but we are certainly open to advice. Thanks for your time.
