@Mike M. Weir thing is that they are sending mail to the address of the deceased person .. which is vacant and that is the address it shows in the county records. Looks like some one paid the taxes for like 3 years and this year they will have to pay again to be current in their property tax.

Any advise on this situation:
I found a property but according to my skip tracing company the owner have being death for 19 years and the property have not been foreclosed, does not owe any taxes as of today and is not in probate. I can't find any heirs or next of kin and I would like to seek for any advise on this type of deals if you have run across one before and how do you deal with it?

Hello, Everyone, I read all this comments today and I found pretty good advice here especially when i heard you guys talking about Morris Invest. I've been wholesaling properties and finally decide acquire rental properties In Indianapolis and Morries Investment sounded very convincing but after reading negative comments of them i'm not so sure now but I'll be doing my research about Morries Invest. I have a Property Under contract for $30,000 in Arsenal Heights Indianapolis but need repairs. Do any of you guys can give me advise of Indianapolis areas?
