Hello everyone,
I am seeking some advice on avdeal that I found, and also some information on using other peoples money for more turn-key type properties.
Deal Details.
Cash Price of $99,000, seller fiance of 10k down, 625/month payment for 30 years. 5 bed 2 bath. Duplex. Unit 1: $895 Unit 2: $1000. Gross rents per month is $1895 per month. Expenses of $1473 per month. I used the rental property calculator on here and it will cash flow net of $421.
I was looking if anyone has strategies to use to use Other Peoples money for this down payment. Also I do have the money for this deal, just looking for information.

Hello Everyone, I am a 27 year old that is looking to begin my RE investing journey and I have a lot of questions and worries. As of right now my biggest questions is once I have my first property but fiancing this property took a decent chunk of my change and say ideally the cash flow is good, how do I go about getting other properties without waiting years to save up the money again to start building my portfolio?
