Post: Wholesaling out of illinois while living in illinois without lsn

so i’m wanting to do wholesaling, i plan on doing it out of state, i was wondering if it’d be a problem due to the illinois law making it so that you have to have a realtors license in order to wholesale realestate “within the state of illinois”
