who is one of the best in the area when im looking to invest in air b&b properties along with other items im looking to do, im looking for an agent who knows these areas of investing, thank you all

im starting my journey in real estate investing, i travel alot for work through multiple states, i enjoy looking over deals and seeing what added values i can bring to any property, depending on what state im working in, im usually there for months at a time, this gives me alot of time to look areas over and process deals, looking over property management companies for that area, im looking to invest in residential homes and commercial multi family homes.
