Thank you for the reply. I think my wife and I are looking for more than just cash flow we want to get our hands dirty and take more of the business approach. We have existing businesses but we’ve always wanted to get involved in real estate. I will look at the article and explore more feature of this platform. 

I recently discovered this platform and my wife and I are looking to purchase our first rental property? Does anyone have any suggestions or pointers for a Credit score, lenders/broker, location, down payment amount (15%?)?
