Hello Everyone. I am 18 years old and I am a Real Estate Agent that is very interested in getting started with Real Estate investing. I have been reading books about it and listening to the BP podcasts for almost a year now. I hope to start small with a Single Family Residence and scale my business up from there. 

I am very excited to see where this takes me and I would love to hear from anyone in the Santa Clarita area that has already done what I am trying to do!

I want to figure out exactly what I want to purchase and save for, but first I want to decide where I should purchase my first property. Is there a trusted way to find out the best areas to invest in right now?
