I am looking forward to everything BP has to offer! I am currently a freshman in college and have decided that the time to think about my financial freedom is now! After reading Manny Khoshbin's Contrarian Playbook I have gotten much more excited and interested about investing and would gladly accept any advice or knowledge offered! Thanks!

I'm 18 years old and just about to finish high school. Since my college is already paid for, I'd like to use the money I would have used to pay for college and instead invest it in real estate, but I have no clue where to star. I know investing isn't a "get rich quick" scheme and will be difficult, but I'm willing to do the work. All I'm asking for is where to start, how to start, when to start, and any other useful advise you would be willing to offer. Thanks!
