@Jaysen Medhurst I definitely do want to scale. Save that cash flow for more down payments or anything else specific? Or just good to have cash available? Thank you for the reply!

Question?? I’m a brand new investor and I was wondering if it’s best to use cash flow from a rental property to pay towards principal on that loan or save it for other reasons?
