In August there will be an Eclipse coming through our town of Corvallis Oregon.

The hotels canceled all of their reservations and bumped the price to $800/night once they realized that it was such a big deal.

When we heard about this, We listed our house (3/1) on air-BNB for $800/night with 3 night stay minimum and it was booked within a week. 

Nice way to pay for new trim and a paint job!

Witt consulting is located in Corvallis. They have done the books and accounting for the last year for our construction company/personal finances. They do a great job!

I'm wondering if there are any Bigger pockets real estate meetups for the Corvallis Albany Philomath area? 

It would be nice to get together with fellow colleagues and introduce ourselves.

If there isn't an existing meetup, I'd be willing to start one if there is enough interest.
