Hello!

This is my first post, but have been a memeber for 5 years or so.

My question, without all personal details.  I need to get out of a downtown loft lease because I moved back into my primary residence. Trying to get ideas on how to get out of the lease and or assign it to someone else.

Is there a website or something that helps find people that may be willing to take over leases?  Or does someone know a "good" way to get a lease voided?

Thanks for any info!
