I work around 20 minutes from Reading, also I thought starting out might be financially more affordable to start somewhere like reading. Not 100% site how to start but probably brrrr

I am still in the beginning stages of getting into investing in real estate. I have read a few books and spoke to some friends in the industry. Do you think it would serve me better to invest in a smaller and more affordable area like reading pa? any good sites to see the better areas to invest in?
