@Patrick Froehlich absolutely! In the book the Alchemist, it says “what one desires the most, the universe will conspire to make sure he succeeds.”
You can do it, KFC wasn’t started until Kernel was 66 years old, Vodka was invented by a 98 year old woman! Never give up!

@William Espich I played women’s basketball at Indiana State University, and I’m an investor out of Georgia. Indiana is a very fruitful market to invest. A hot market to focus on is Gary, IN! I have properties and leads in that area if you’d like to Message me your email I can send them. Also, the rental market in Terre Haute, IN is amazing. It’s a college city as well as Indiana being a great College state.
GodLuck and keep working hard. Remember your profit is made when you BUY not sell.

What I've learned while building my cash buyers list is to contact your cash buyer to understand their EXACT buying strategy. Also, to truly bring them value by being indubitably honest with them and the seller. You must find the WIN-WIN in all situation and if its not then being up front about it. Cash buyers love to work with us, its all about relationships and results. Building a true and professional relationship with the cash buyer and seller and producing results through your hard work. @Eli Bellevue I truly hope this helps.
