Hello,

I am a currently a full time college student who is also investing in real estate. I'm just completing my first flip now, and would like to start generating some type of passive income. Right now i'm renting an apartment right off of campus but I would like to do some house hacking. Is it possible to buy a multi-family home, live in one unit and rent out the other few. I am receiving money every month that is not considered income (Military GI BIll, and Disability) therefore can't go conventional. Any ideas on how to get this done?

Good Morning,

I set up my LLC a few months ago as a single member LLC, I want to change it over to Multi-Member for better protection. Does anyone know how to do this, and what should I look out for? Also, is there a certain number of percentage that I would have to give away, my LLC is setup in the state of Florida. Thanks for the help

I agree with Diedrick, i'd go with direct mail. I just started that myself, just remember to be consistent with it. Also, maybe a car sign might be useful? It's cheap and according to one of the BP podcast, this guy got 1 deal per year off of a $20 dollars car sign. Seems like you're doing a great job, keep it up!

Hello BP members,

I am a new investor in the Broward County area. I'm here to learn and grow my Real Estate education and business. I'm currently a Realtor and investor, just completing my first deal (Flip)! I'm hoping to meet other investors in the area and hopefully do deals together. I'm also looking forward to going through all the forums and education Biggerpockets has to offer, this is just amazing. Thanks for reading.
