This month Brian Mullen will be showing us an application he has developed to help people analyze areas and markets for certain data points that can help an investor know better if they would like to invest in that area or not. Then we'll just get to know each other and network!

Please join the Salt Lake City Multifamily and More meetup group this Thursday October 17th at 6:00PM.

We’ll be meeting at Mimi’s Café located at 5223 S, State St, Murray, UT 84107.

The Salt Lake City Multifamily and More Meetup Group was established to provide a networking environment for individuals or investors who are interested in Multifamily investing and more. Regardless of your investing experience we’d love to have you come out and network with other investors who have similar interests.

Multifamily and More Core Values

Networking – we will provide opportunities for investors and real estate professionals to interact on a monthly basis at in person events in local markets. Where appropriate, there will be speakers or interactive activities to enhance the experience and add value.

Education – we will provide many forms of education including but not limited to:

• E-books or other reference material will be provided to members when available
• Coaching on topics like goal setting, networking, etc will be provided in a in person setting.
• Mindset – we will provide content outside of Multifamily investing to ensure a foundation of proper mindset and a focus on why we invest. This may include guests that speak more toward thought processes or lifestyle in any of the settings above.

Our meetups are for all investors and experience levels, nothing bought and nothing sold.
