@Nathan Emmert Hello! I am currently looking into finding an REi meeting I can attend as I believe that would be a great way to start! I wouldn't mind volunteering to do some work in exchange for some experience that sounds like a really good idea! I think you are right about taking classes in entrepreneurship and other aspects of business. Thank you for your reply and I will take your advice! Also thank you for letting me know what to expect at an REi meeting more or less, I will get back to you about my first meeting as soon as I can find some in my area!

@Ryan Mullin Hello! That's an interesting idea and one that I am highly considering. I read your thread and found the method very interesting. Once I familiarize myself with my states RE laws and licensing I would highly consider this tactic as it would be a starting point that accommodates my low budget situation. Thank you for your advice it is greatly appreciated.

@Paul Timmins Hello Mr. TImmins I appreciate your feedback! If you don't mind me asking, What part of PA are your friends from? Thank you for your advice! I will look into student housing as I think that would be a great way to gain some experience. Thank you for the links I will be sure to read the books and the beginners guide that you have recommend for me! I really think this could be a great way to generate some profit in order which would then allow me to begin buying properties! Your advice is greatly appreciated and is very informative.

@Morry Eghbal Thank you for your input Mr. Eghbal! That is actually a great piece of advice and I will actually begin taking action on that as soon as I can. I really do think the free labor would be well worth it for the knowledge that I could potentially gain. Thank you for your idea sir, it seems like a brilliant first step!

@Lumi Ispas Hey! Thank you for your reply! In your first paragraph alone I was already fascinated by your mindset because it is fairly similar to mine! That is very good advice that I try to implement throughout my everyday life and am glad that you shared that! That alone has shown genuine care for the success of others and I appreciate that! Your story is quite fascinating also and I even took the time to write down some of the tips you spoke of. Your ambition and dedication is something that I want to emulate! Your accolades are quite impressive and I can assure are well deserving. Again thank you so much for taking the time to give such an informative reply. I now wish I lived closer to the Chicago area because meeting and getting mentored by  someone like you would be a dream!

@Mehran K. Hey! I finished reading over the article that Mr. Turn wrote! It was a humorous but informative piece that I found pretty interesting, thank you for sharing! I admire your decision making, it seems to me that you were wise about the moves you made and they paid off. I hope to make this a well paying investment with hard work and the right mind set. Thank you for your reply!

@Brett Synicky Hey Brett! Your advice on finishing school and keeping real estate as a part time into a potential full time job is something I am highly considering. I currently see the benefits of attending a 4 year university as a way to not only continue my education but as a networking opportunity. Thank you for your reply and I will keep what you said in mind!

@Curt Davis Thank you for your reply! I listened to your podcast twice actually and took a bunch of notes from what you spoke about and am looking forward to reading your ebook! It was a very informative podcast thank you for sharing this! I think that the beginner techniques you spoke of are some that I will highly consider as sort of a stepping stone into this market. Not only that but since they seem to be reasonably affordable that makes them more suitable for me at the moment. I will get back to you once I have read your ebook with any questions that I may generate that i'm sure you could assist me with. Again thank you for your reply it is greatly appreciated.

As a 19 year old currently enrolled into a community college, my desire to beginning a career in real estate has gradually increased and has even led me to this community. I have looked over possible course to enroll in to begin the steps towards obtaining a license. Aside from any basic beginners advice that you could offer, I would like to know what an experienced agent like yourself would do or not do differently when you first began your real estate endeavors. I am currently living in Gettysburg, Pa and plan on majoring in either business administration or management. Any replies would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your reply Mr. Davis it is greatly appreciated. If I may, I'm curious to know what types of investments you would recommend as a starting point that will not only generate profit but allow me to get a feel for the market?
