So my dad and I are going to be attempting to get a loan for a 62 unit we have a very nice down payment. I'm just worried that if it doesn't work out we will be using all our hard earned money for nothing. Is it normal to feel scared or have doubts for your first deal?

My dad and I are going to be attempting to purchase are first apartment building which is 62 units. We have been saving our whole lives and trying to invest are hard earned money. We are curious if this is too large for a first time investor.
