Tim thank you for all of the information on notes . I am a newbie who is in the exploratory phase of analyzing the ins and outs of the note business / note investing . Based on your experience, are you willing to share you experience in the note business ?

@Joel Owens thank you for the advise . Right now i think possibility asset classes b . Also i would probably down the road look for equity partners for a asset class A property, which is my goal

@Michael Jones i am more on buy and hold. I am looking at existing buildings over a rehab. I am more concerned about future value . I would most likely try to start with a small commercial building , possibly mixed use. But right now i am reading as many book as possible and looking on loop net at what’s currently on the market in my area to see to get an idea of the commercial real estate landscape

My name is Jason and I recently found the BP podcast , forum, and community and from listening to 20 + podcast i had a fire lit under me to invest in commercial real estate . But, where do you start ? For those who are experienced in this area, how did you start and an you offer any advise .

My strategy for commercial is buy and hold and i know that i will have to put the work in to build up my skill set and i am willing to do the work
