I have ran into some cash and looking to get started investing in real estate with buy and holds. My first purchase will be a owner occupied multifamily house. Ideally a 3 family, maybe a duplex if the numbers are right. I have been looking for awhile now at HUD houses and some foreclosures ain't haven't had any luck finding a deal. I figured Id try this site out to network more and get some leads perhaps. I attended one of the RI meetings a few months back but didn't have any luck getting leads off that either.
