@Alex Ghilea, welcome to BiggerPockets! I also discovered the BP podcast by reading The Rental Property Investing book. This Wednesday at 1pm there is a zoom, and we talk OKC real estate and investing. You are welcome to join the call.

I really thought I've seen groups in the OKC area have weekly or biweekly meet ups. I'll reach out to a couple of you guys and we will get something planned. You guys outside of Oklahoma I'll stay in touch, it will be nice to hear about other markets.

I've been on bp nearly 2 years and recently got my real estate license and curious if anyone is meeting around Oklahoma City to talk real estate and investing? I know a lot of what we do now involves social distancing, so I'm interested in zoom meetings too.

@Alyssa Dyer do you invest in properties that need to be renovated and use the brrrr method or simply do 20% down 30 yr and get it rented with little work involved?
