@Nicholas L. Dont have the capital to buy into it at this moment thats why i want to try and get some wholesale deals under my belt first.

Hey guys, i have done lots and lots of research on wholesaling and i think im ready to truly get my feet wet. Anyone have any advice as to how to start looking for deals and what to do as far as collecting data? Was thinking about starting with driving for dollars or looking at local county data. What do you guys think?
