Hello everyone!
My name is Jason Gottschalk, and I live in Takoma Park, right on the border of DC. I have several rental units in Durham, NC, near where I went to grad school at UNC. I also have a home and airbnb in Takoma Park. I recently cofounded a tech startup in Rockville, MD that is designing resident/guest engagement tools for senior living providers.
I am interested in buy and hold properties to the Maryland/DC area. Specifically I am looking for mid-size multifamily investments in the DC Metro and in Baltimore City.
I've absorbed most of the BiggerPockets podcasts and am always looking to learn more.
