Hello. We are looking to purchase a duplex for our first investment property and live in one side. All of the duplex’s we are looking at already have the units rented out. How would we go about getting current tenants out so we can move in? Is that something the current landlord deals with prior to closing? Or something we would have to do after we purchase? Any advise would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
