thanks so much for the reply. I guess when it dropped off that sharply, i was surprised and confused because i know that there are much more than the 300 ish addresses they gave me. what i do not want to happen is to spend the money marketing to the 6k names only to find out that i built my list incorrectly and wasted my money. thoughts? again, thanks for your input!

Hey everybody! I've been following BP for a long time. Such amazing info out there and a great community! I've decided to jump back into wholesaling. I did two deals in the past, but have since lost my criteria for my equity list that i built through Listsource. I also built my first list for the city of Nashville, Tn and it was great. But now i am wholesaling in Alabama and need an equity list for Tuscaloosa county. I was following some steps from podcast and youtube video on how to set this list up and got down through the criteria all the way to "last market sale date" before i entered the suggested range for last market sale date, I had 6,166 addresses. When I entered the typical "last market sale date" as suggested by most sources, it took me down to 300 addresses for the entire county. Something doesn't seem to add up. I think it is glitching or i'm not doing something right. I have worked on figuring this out and can't crack it. Can anybody help me with this? Thanks in advance!
