Hi! I'm just getting ramped up for flipping and buy/hold investing in the Rhode Island area. I'm working on this being my full-time occupation and I'm researching and learning as much as I can as quickly as I can. I have a solid background in rehabbing properties as my primary residence as well as doing project work for friends and family. The business aspects are where I'm learning the most currently so I'm looking for mentoring and advice in that area. Also looking to establish relationships with contractors and other professionals related to the purchase, rehab, and management or resale of properties.
