I'm in the SUBTO mentorship, It is by far the best mentorship ever. I have been in other mentorships that expire in 6 months. The last mentor ship I was in If I need a deal analyzed I had to upgrade to the executive group for $25k. SUBTO is a life time membership. We have the biggest and the best group of closers in the game period. Unequivocally the best. We also have access to ANY contract we need. We have daily training. We have training modules, what ever your learning style is, it will be covered. 20 -40 hours of Live zoom trainings a week. You can learn, creative finance, flipping , rentals, notes, VA training, Raising private capital, probates, foreclosures ETC. We have constant meet ups. The Subto group is Full of JV deals, lenders, Wholesalers and Realtors. It seems like biggerpockets is full of haters. I pose one question . What mentorship is better........ I'm waiting Please forgive my writing, not my strong suit
