Single-family residence fix & flip investment in Chattanooga.
Purchase price: $47,475
Cash invested: $65,000
Sale price: $105,000
It was a rental that was in pretty good shape. Put it under contract for $47,475, put almost $20,000 into it, and made $30,000 in profit. Good first deal. I had a mentor walk me through it and that helped a ton.
