Thanks for all the feedback. It is 4 stories. Local fire department might be the best strategy.

Hey BP community I recently had a fire inspector come out and say I needed to have my fire escape ladder inspected by a professional on my commercial building. He gave me no information on where to find one and I can’t locate anyone that does this. Does anyone have any info an inspector out here in California or have dealt with a situation like this?
