@Chris Martin Thanks for your reply. I was thinking of monetizing by creating a monthly membership based website and mobile application.

I'm still focusing on my database to ensure accurate data before moving to the front end. I spun up a quick Mobile POC with Angular/Ioinic using Google Maps but I haven't yet looked into other javascript mapping libraries, but I'll check those out.

Your bio mentioned that you are experienced in real estate analysis and software automation. Have you built something similar in the past?

I am a software developer and I am currently in the process of building an app to display neighborhoods by sold price/sqft, display heat maps of how quickly/slowly houses sell in a given area, track rental data to map our which areas tend to cash flow better and much more.

I am developing this app for my personal use to find deals in my local area, but I am wondering if a system like this would be valuable to the rest of the community. If so, what additional features would make it more useful for you?
