Hey guys!
New to the BiggerPockets podcast and just got my SC real estate license last month. I had an investment a few years back that I rented out on Airbnb and would like to do that again, building a small portfolio, but I'm open to other ideas, and multi-family, etc.
Would love to connect with anyone else in the Greenville area on here!

Other buy & hold investment.
Purchase price: $245,000
Cash invested: $49,000
1.67 acre lot on the side of the mountain overlooking Greenville's downtown in the City Lights Subdivision.
What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
Potentially to build primary residence on and then use our current primary as an airbnb. But we may build an investment home on the mountain instead or hold and sell. Unsure at this point.
How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?
Found through Zillow at the time and since it had been on the market for a while offered 55,000 under asking and they accepted.
How did you finance this deal?
20% down
How did you add value to the deal?
got current perc test and septic approval
