Sounds like an opportunity for added value to your backyard. Maybe you should change your perspective and consider marketing to people that want to grow the plant since they can get away with it where you live. Charge them a fee for being prop 215 friendly and letting them cultivate. We aren't talking about a dangerous narcotic. It's cannabis and is becoming legal, if you have issue you are on the wrong side of history. Capitalize instead of complain.

Hello,

I am somewhat new to BP. I've been listening to podcasts for a month or two now, but this is my first post on the forums. After learning from reading and listening I am taking the next step to network and start to talk with people like you reading this.

I live in Northern California, I am currently self employed and hope to start investing in real estate in 2017. I am interested in local markets such as Vacaville, Sacramento and Redding as well as states like Florida and South Carolina.

I have yet to decide my niche, but am considering flips, multi families or single family homes with the added possibility of house hacking. I have a decent network of people in Florida that are capable of managing properties in the Pinellas/Hillsborough area. If you have any advice for the areas of Northern California or Florida that I have mentioned it is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Jason
