I usually collect by venmo, but I hear they are starting to charge 3% for collecting rent… what’s the best website for automatic rent payments and direct deposits? Does anyone use apartments.com ?

Hi, I'm looking into doing my first BRRR and the property has asbestos siding. I've been told its okay to leave it and paint over, but I'm wondering if that'll ultimately hurt the appraisal when it comes time to do my refinance.

Does anyone have any experience with this?
