So when is the list available. This is my first time and I want would rather look at the list than bid. Also I only have about 5k to invesst. Is it realistic to win a property with that amount?

Also one last question how hard is it to foreclose on a property and if so am I responsible for the back taxes. Again Baltimore is new to me. Thanks.
