Thanks Patrick. Do you know of any good lawyers in Baltimore how much do thier fees generally run for this type of stuff?

So when is the list available. This is my first time and I want would rather look at the list than bid. Also I only have about 5k to invesst. Is it realistic to win a property with that amount?

Also one last question how hard is it to foreclose on a property and if so am I responsible for the back taxes. Again Baltimore is new to me. Thanks.
