Thanks Harjeet! I had forgotten about portfolio loans. I'll look into that. I'm moving from a career in agriculture to home inspections so it's a totally different industry

Hello all,

I recently moved across the state and changed jobs from a salary to commission. I have found a 3 unit place that I would like to house hack but it's looking like getting financing is next to impossible without a 2 year work history on commission. I will have 20-25k to put down and the property is selling for 180k. I would rather not have an equity partner. I don't really have anyone to cosign. Any suggestions on how i might could make the deal happen? I can give more details if need be.
