How much would you consider to be enough if I were to chose the BRRRR investing strategy and at what point do I repeat the process with another home

I have been pre approved and I’ve studied the area but I don’t have any capital to rehab but I see good deals. What are other ways to cover the cost of renovations ?

What are the tools and the resources needed to start considering having no prior experience. I’ve educated myself but I’m having a hard time starting trying but what are the tools to make the process more simple.
Looking for a mentor/ coach to compensate for educating my and giving me your time 🙂
