I don't have any capital I know I need to save if I have enough money to get a property and was trying to to the BRRRR strategy where would the renovation money come in? Or what strategy should I try do build capital?

(can’t house hack or buy multi-family because my town doesn’t have the homes available and for the first deal I want to start locally)

What are the tools and the resources needed to start considering having no prior experience. I’ve educated myself but I’m having a hard time starting trying but what are the tools to make the process more simple.
