Hi Everyone!!! I'm really excited to start this new journey as a RE investor. Electrician by trade, originally from Puerto Rico and now a Longwood ,FL resident for 2 years already. I decided to start my REI with "House Hacking" in a single family with in law suite since a have family (4). Learning as much as possible from BP and books. Any recommendations from you guys would be greatly appreciated!!!! Thanks in advanced!!!
