Post: Help! New to Wholesale

Hello everyone,

I'm new to wholesale and I haven't done my first deal yet, this is very new to me. Even though I have watched several videos on youtube and read a couple books, there are some things that I have questions about. For example, trying to network with some title companies is hard because I have nothing to offer them right now, and they're not willing to work with me. My question would be, what is something I could do for them to be able to help me ?

same concern with Realtors for comps, what do you do when you only need comps ?

hope you guys could help me out here!

@Cody Bacon as of right now, I have no questions. I'm just trying to get to know more people from the area. I appreciate you responding Cody!

What does it mean when an investor tells you that hes looking in a property for 65-70% LTV of ARV ?
@Brian M Sweeney thank you, I'll look into it!
I'm starting out wholesaling houses, but one of my concerns is how to protect your earned money. Definitely I understand that everyone needs to pay taxes, but which would be a way to protect the money as much as you can ?
