@Billy V. How often do you buy fire damage deals?

I’ll buy it!

I'm looking to start wholesaling Fire damaged properties in CA, FL, WA, D.C and VA. I'm going to only market to properties that have had a fire and wanted to know how many people actually buy fire d aged deals and if this is a good idea. I want to go all in and really be an asset to the market.

Thoughts?

It’s amazing how a lot of you react in here.

I’m an investor with my real estate license and I’m fully behind wholesaling. Even more so, I don’t put people down for wanting to make money.

Wholesaling is legal in almost all states except Illinois. Just because you don’t like it or you’ve had a bad experience doesn’t mean it’s illegal. Grow up and stop trying to justify your lack of knowledge.

Now don’t get me wrong, there are some bad wholesalers out there. But most of them just need alittle bit of advice and training and they can be valuable assists. I work with many wholesalers and it’s worked out great for me and my clients.

Also, stop being a ***. Not a good look.

I've been on ListSource and I realized that it does not serve the State of Kansas. Does anyone have any ideas of alternative sites that's like ListSource that does?
