Hi All—

I just joined this forum and would like to hear any advice you can give to someone who is starting their real estate journey. I am still green on the process and started reading books on it so my knowledge has grown. Is there anything you can share for someone starting out or some mistakes that you made that i can learn from in the beginning stages? I’d love any feedback and knowledge i can receive.
