75 or so. It fluctuates. Most are performing, but some are delinquent.

I'm looking for a person or company to do a market valuation of a portfolio of Contract for Deeds and Mortgages in Mississippi. I need to be able to back up the valuation with data of some sort. Preferably, someone with knowledge of the tax lien/deed industry.
