@Kyle Jensen I thought I'd share this link.  I was unfamiliar with the 2% rule so I did a little research and I felt like this article had some teeth to it.  I have helped my investor clients purchase income properties for years and I can't think of one that hit the 2% mark.  You may be missing out on some opportunities based upon this rule.  Just food for thought.

I stumbled upon this site from an investor client referral and just getting my feet wet.
