@Ray Danishyar So being fairly green. Would you go the fivver route and hire a SEO and targeted marketing pro or would you use one of the crms like flipster or REI black book.

My goal is to be able to have some type of out reach during my 9-5 because I can only make so much use of my time in the morning, lunch and after work?

@Charlie MacPherson I’mnot talking about a spam dialer. There’s batch texters and voicemail software that is TCPA compliant. Thank you though 

I work a 9-5 but I heard there are dialers that will out bound dial for you in the day so you can come back around to who answers later when your day is done.
