We have a home that is breaking even, our rent income covers the mortgage, but we want to know how we can make this investment cashflow or should we just sell it?

Hi my name is Jayson Manuel, my wife and I have had properties in the past and have lived off the income but the past financial woes, have had us to file bankruptcy with the down turn on real estate and the economy. We have since bought a home and are seeking to get back to where we once where but we want to do it right this time. We hope this community can steer us in the right direction and fulfill our dreams of quitting our jobs.
