What does this number sequence mean?

I want to know more but can't find any info.

I'm totally new to real estate investing and so excited! I have a small team assembled and are aggressively looking for our first deal. I'm most interested in holding as rentals.

We plan to choose a unified look through all rehabs to keep it simple and save money. I am seeeriouuuusly challenged when it comes to any and all types of decorating, choosing paint colors, accessories, everything. 

I'm drawn to the look of the kitchen in this picture. The advantages I see are that it will save money with using white appliances, it has a clean look and photographs well for marketing, won't clash with nearly any wood-tone flooring. 

Maybe a different back splash.

What do you think? Is it too harsh? contemporary? edgy? darkening? turn-off to most?

BTW - I've been searching through posts here for nearly a year, listening to podcasts, webinars, using the calculator. Bigger Pockets is my first go-to for all my research. I'm so grateful to this entire community. :-D
