What ever happened to this deal? Did you make your 100k profits like you hoped?

Interesting article. I didnt even know what a squatter was before I read that article. (Newbie here). I dont see why the landlord didnt propose evicting the original tenants for allowing the other woman to stay there. Unless thats against FHL or something. 

We both live in the dorms atm so we see each other when we can with our schedules but we can always try to plan something out! PM me when you get the time and we can figure something out.

Welcome man! I am stationed in Minot  AFB as well and in the dorms! @Brayan Martinez  and I get together all the time and talk real estate. You should join us sometime. I would be happy to talk with you and give you some book recommendations and such.

Wow, I can't believe how much feedback I have received on this post. I truly appreciate the advice from all of you. This is why I love BP. The fact that so many strangers with the same passion for REI can come together to help a little guy like myself is just amazing. All this feedback has helped tremendously.

@Rich N. I see that there are many benefits however, I feel that I want to have more control over my money and not be withheld from my gains for so long. I am not trying to plan for retirement. Instead, I want to enjoy life's fruits all throughout life.
